Parking options

Free street parking right across from the space on While Knoll Dr (Studio is right at the entrance of the building, easy access to transport equipment).

Space has natural light from east facing window

Studio Lighting available: Paul C. Buff / Alienbees B800 320S Flash Unit Head (Pink)

Natural light can be blocked out with remote controlled Mecho shade upon request.

Crew access on Ground floor

Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed

The studio must be left in the condition you originally entered it in - furniture, should not be moved unless authorized.

• No Glitter, Confetti, or Paint

• No standing on the furniture

• We have a hard in and out time, please do not show up before your schedule start time.

• We reserve all the rights to take and share BTS of whatever shoot is happening on our property for the promotion of of our location, unless NDA provided

• Please do not smoke in the building.

• No Bulk Trash (anything that cannot fit within the trash can or trash bins in the hallway)

• Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down or overtime fees at x1.5 rate (unless specified otherwise) will apply in 30 minute increments. Early arrival counts as overtime.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.

Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
